He is a Master Chaplain, a Board certified Pastoral Counselor and a Certified Hospital Chaplain. Dr. Randall has mentored youth as a Board Member of the Washington, D. C. Office of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes. Dr. Randall is currently one of the Core Leadership Team of 4 Him Covenant Church led by Pastor Peyton Gray. He is a Core Leader with both International Christian Host Coalition and Capitol Regional National Day of Prayer Committee.
Previously, under Bishop Henry “Rex” Cole and Pastor Renee Cole, Elder André Randall has served Breath of Life Ministries Christian Fellowship and the Body of Christ at-large over the past eight years in the Prophetic. Rev. André was the Pastor of Worship which was accountable for the Alter, Ushers, Greeters, Corporate Prayer, Intercessory Prayer, Music, and Arts ministries. Later he served as Pastor of Christian Education and Discipleship. He was an instructor in Christian Education where he taught courses 301: Understanding Your Spiritual Gifts, 401: Understanding Your Mission and he also taught and preached Bible study at the request of the Senior Pastor. Elder André Randall is a co-l co-Labor in other ministries, Celebrate Recovery, a ministry gear to healing persons dealing with addictions, habits and hang ups, he has Co-Labored in the singles ministry and Men’s Ministry, is an intercessory prayer warrior and is an instrument God uses in the gifts of healing. Additionally, Elder André is the founder of Living Waters and Refreshing Springs Ministries.
André committed his life to the Lord at the age of eight at a Miracle Crusade. It is clear that God chose him at a very young age and has by His Holy Spirit used many a person as his instruments to woo him to son-ship. He became a member of Ebenezer AME of several years where he participated on choirs and in the Men’s Ministry, Prison Ministry and Drug Ministry. On May 25, 1986, while in the US Marine Corps he was baptized at Koolau Baptist Church, Kaneohe Bay, Hawaii and soon after was filled with the Holy Spirit after becoming a member of The City of Refuge Christian Church in Hawaii. Early on it was evident that he has a propensity towards Intercession and the Prophetic.
A prominent experience is the incident that led me to my current assignment at the District of Columbia Superior Court. In a nutshell, God led him to volunteer my assistance to the Director of Personnel at the Court, when in attendance at a men’s retreat. God later used him in employing him. This year marks thirty years and several promotions since he has been employed at the Court, where God has placed him to do His ordained will, ministering to multitudes of people. The definitive involvement of God in my professional career, now a Program Officer in the Alternate Dispute Resolution field has catapulted him to a new place of faith and began the yet unfinished process of his call to fulltime ministry.
At Dominion Church of Washington DC, formerly known as Kingdom Life Christian Center (KLCC), the non-denominational church where he had been a member for the over twelve (12) years, he has served in several ministries which include, the New Believers Discipleship Ministry, Men’s Ministry, and lastly the Leader of the Intercessory Ministry and the Director of Corporate Prayer. He was ordained August 16, 1998 as a minister and pilgrimage to Israel in March 1999. He joined as a board member 2003 with Fellowship of Christian Athletes and served for five years. He pursued a B.A. in Pastoral Theology at Maple Springs Baptist Bible College and Seminary; he completed his Bachelors in Divinity at New Hope and Life School of Religion and Seminary 2007 and a Masters of Divinity 2008. Elder Randall is an Associate Professor and he received a Ph.D., (Doctor of Philosophy in Biblical Studies) from New Hope and Life University May 2013.
Dr. André Nero Randall has a keen understanding of community dynamics and a passion for work with the community. He is a man of enthusiasm, fairness and efficiency. Dr. Randall occupied the Ward Seven Seat on the United Planning Organizations Board and was the Deputy Chair of the Program Committee and Chair of the Nomination and Bylaws Committee. He assumed responsibility for representing and advocating for the District of Columbia constituency, elected by Ward 7, Election Service Area 98 residents.
Dr. Randall served four years in the U.S. Marine Corps, distinguished with the Battle E, Good Conduct Medal, Sea Service Ribbon and two letters of Meritorious Accommodations.
